Do you want to be an Ace of Cakes? Do you love to bake your cake and eat it, too? Whether you want to learn how to make crazy confections or traditional three-layer cakes, this intense six hour session is for you. Come build your own fantasy cake, by spending a day with a professional pastry chef and cake instructor. Students will be working with pre-baked cakes and will be learning decorating and piping techniques to fill, carve, and finish a wild three layer creation of their choice from the likes of classics, to insane in the membrane ! Let your cake be your palette. (Cakes will be built on a 10inch base)**PLEASE PROVIDE A NON-SUGAR DRINK AND SNACK FOR BREAK TIME** |

Winter wonderland is in the kitchen this season! Kids will be whipping up and showing off the delicious holiday treats they've created each day! They'll make a variety of sweet treats from traditional raspberry thumbprint cookies to delicious old world divinity, hand-pulled taffy, and mouth watering fudge and much more!
