Image Camp Cupcake Wars!!! - 5 Days; from to
The name of "cupcake" is given as it is a small cake the size of a teacup. In previous centuries, before muffin tins were widely available, the cakes were often baked in individual pottery cups, ramekins, or molds. Whether you want to learn how to make crazy confections or just mouth watering cupcakes this class is for you. Come spend some time with a professional pastry chef and cake instructor learning to build your on crazy cup cakes. Students will mix, bake, design and finish fantastic cupcakes that will not only look professional but taste divine! *Please provide a box each day for students to take home their works of art!* *PLEASE PROVIDE A NON-SUGAR DRINK AND SNACK EACH DAY OF CAMP*

Image Camp "Adventure Time with Finn and Jake"~ " Eat in the Land of OOOO" - 5 Days; from 5/28/2012 to 6/1/2012
Come to the Land of "OOOOO" and spend some time in Candy Kingdom with " Princess Bubblegum's" favorite candy recipes! We will be making candies for each character on the popular "Adventure Time" show, from, " Lumpy Space Princess's" Candied Fruit Jellies to "Princess Rainicor's" Pepperment Patties and of course.... the best ever Homemade Marshmellows and Rocky Road for "Marceline" ! If the "Candy People" dont explode with happiness after this class, we will be very suprised!!

Do you want to be an Ace of Cakes? Do you love to bake your cake and eat it, too? Whether you want to learn how to make crazy confections or traditional three-layer cakes, this camp is the one for you. Come build our own fantasy cake, by spending a week with a professional pastry chef and cake instructor learning to build your on crazy cake. Students will mix, bake, fill, carve and finish a wild three layer creation of their choice from the likes of classics to insane in the membrane ! Let your cake be your palette.(Cakes will be built on a 10inch base.

Although the regional cuisines of China and other Asian countries vary in flavors and ingredients, the unifying link between them is the wok as the primary cooking vessel! In this flavorful camp student will learn how to choose a wok, identify the utensils that are used & how to take care for these prized possessions! We stir in a few delicious recipes and explore foods across the Pacific Rim! The wok is most commonly associated with the technique of stir-frying, but can be used to deep-fry, braise, roast, steam, and simmer. Get ready to take names and sign autographs because after this class…. you’ll be feeling like a “Wok Star”! **PLEASE PROVIDE A NON-SUGAR DRINK AND SNACK EACH DAY OF CAMP, OFF SITE TRIPS MAY BE ARRANGED, PERMISSION SLIPS WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO EVENT**

Image Camp Sponge Bob Square Pants and the Krusty Krab! - 5 Days; from 6/4/2012 to 6/8/2012
Sponge Bob! We know he is no ordinary kitchen sponge! Come with us to follow the underwater adventures of SpongeBob Squarepants, his pet snail Gary, his friend Patrick the Starfish, his cranky neighbor Squidward Tentacles and Sandy Cheeks, a land squirrel who lives in a biodome under the sea in an underwater suburb called Bikini Bottom! We will dream with Sponge Bob of becoming employee of the month at The Krusty Krab food restaurant! Students will learn the healthier version of the Krusty Krab Shacks Menu! On the last day, students will throw their own mini-Bikini Bbottom Luau, and Hawaiian attire is strongly encouraged. **PLEASE PROVIDE A NON-SUGAR DRINK AND SNACK EACH DAY OF CAMP, until cooking is underway.

Let them come and learn how to cook poultry from the pros and serve it up with classic side dishes. From Crispy Chicken Tender with homemade slaws to succulent Roasted Hens with Roasted Root Vegatabes and.... not to mention - The pPerfect Chicken Pot Pie! Why not let them cook dinner for once! A Mexican breeze must have crossed the gulf right up to Belmont, California-because this camp has all the ingredients to a great Fiesta! Taste the flavors of old Mexico and the South West as we navigate though the geography of this amazing country and south of the boarder ! Kids will indulge while learning flavor layering with a variety of tastes from chicken Fajitas to delicious bean soup and handmade tortillas!
