Lani serves as Kids Culinary Adventures Executive Director and a member of the KCA Management Team. She blends right in with the rest of our staff as a jack of all trades. Lani brings with her teaching, sales, management, business, and marketing experience. Lani handles our web enrollments, class creations, birthday bookings, you name it she does it. Our Kitchen Facilities Manager, Michael Roloff
Michael is KCA's busy behind the scenes guy- he keeps things maintained and organized while our chefs are busy building creative minds... Micheal is a senior at Hillsdale High in San Mateo and varsity linebacker for his schools Varsity football team! Micheal is a professional sponsored skater for CIT sports. You can always find Michael after hours working on his beloved car ( we always know when he's arriving; because we can hear him down the street) or staying on top of his senior studies.

Our Fabulous Founders, Gabie and Dani Gaggero
These two are the brainchildren behind Kids Culinary Adventures. At an early age (8 and 10 years old) these two sisters decided to launch KCA as an academic learning platform for other children in their local area. For years these girls worked along- side their professional chef Mother in the kitchen; mainly building family meals while Mom always associated some type of academics to everything they prepared. It was through foods; the kitchen transformed to a sort of lab where many hypothesis were converted to facts. The girls even grew a few science projects in the kitchen, until one day.. KCA was born ( we like to say... baked!) Both girls are currently in high school, active in sports and preparing for college. Gabie and Dani still work along side their mother acting as advisory committee while continuing to build and promote KCA to this day!
